Historical Background of Jamasalla Enterprises
Jamasalla Enterprises was founded in the year 2018 and became legally registered in Kenya in the Year 2020 with a vision to bridge the gap between education and employment for young people, particularly those transitioning from school to the workforce. Recognizing the growing crisis of youth unemployment, Jamasalla Enterprises was established to provide practical solutions that empower students and equip them with the necessary skills and opportunities to succeed in their careers.
The enterprise took a significant step forward by forming a strategic partnership with Mercy Care Centre, a community-based initiative located in the Mathare slums of Kenya. Mercy Care Centre is dedicated to training young adults in essential life skills, providing basic education, and preparing them to face the challenges of life. Many of these students are vulnerable to crime recruitment, drug abuse, early pregnancies, and other socio-economic hardships.
Jamasalla Enterprises plays a crucial role in this initiative by offering mentorship, career guidance, and employment opportunities to graduates. By understanding the unique struggles of these learners, the firm provides structured pathways to professional growth, ensuring that young people are not only educated but also empowered to break the cycle of poverty and dependency.
Through its innovative approach and commitment to social impact, Jamasalla Enterprises has become a beacon of hope for many young individuals, transforming lives and communities by fostering sustainable employment solutions.
